The General Assembly of the Regional Centre for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South- Eastern Europe under the auspices of UNESCO will hold its regular session on March 5, 2013 from 10.00h in Hall 7 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The meeting will be attended by representatives of various institutions in the field of culture from 12 Balkan partner countries of the center. Special guests will be in Sofia Yolanda Valle-Neff – Director of the UNESCO Office in Venice– BRESCE (Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe) and Frank Proschan – representing the Director General of UNESCO.
During the sessions of the General Assembly will examine the key documents of the Centre – activities report for 2012, action plan and budget for the current year, and setting the date for the next regular session of the General Assembly.
