The event is organized by Arete-Fol Foundation, Department of Cultural Heritage at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies and the Department of Ethnology at the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski “, in partnership with the Regional Centre for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South-Eastern Europe under the auspices of UNESCO.
