General Assembly of the ICH Centre Sofia
The annual session of the General Assembly of the Association “Regional Centre for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage in South-Eastern Europe under the auspices of UNESCO” will be held on May 17 at 09:00 h in Hotel Novotel Sofia.
Participants from the 16 Member States of the ICH Centre Sofia (Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Montenegro, Romania, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Slovenia, The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Türkiye and Ukraine) as well as representatives of UNESCO and the Executive Board of the Centre, are expected to take part in the meeting.

Opening of the General Assembly
- Approval of the agenda
- Report of the Executive Board related to the procedure for the election of the Executive director and approval of the Executive Director
- Discussion and adoption of the key documents of Regional Centre Sofia:
- Annual report 2017
- Financial report 2017
- Work plan for 2018
- Budget for 2018
- Amendments to the Statutes
- Approval of the Rules of procedure for selection of intergovernmental organizations and international non-governmental organizations to be admitted as members of the General Assembly
- Approval of the Rules of procedure of universities to be admitted as members of the General Assembly
- Setting the date for the next scheduled meeting of the General Assembly
